摘　　要：总结了近十多年来色谱法(GC、GC -MS、HPLC和SFC等)测定烟碱的情况 ,归纳整理了国内外主要杂志报道的有关色谱分析烟草、卷烟及其烟气、空气、农药、鼠脑、唾液、头发、血液、尿等中烟碱的方法 。Different approaches and techniques for the chromatographic analysis(GC?GC-MS?HPLC and SFC,etc.)of nicotine in tobacco,cigarette and its smoke,rat brain,air,pesticide,hair,sputum,urine,blood,etc.in the later recent ten years are reviewed,65references are cited.At the same time,the authors put forward their own opinions about the developing prospects and major chromatographic analytical methods of nicotine.
