摘  要:目的 探讨胃镜直视下刷取贲门黏膜脱落细胞端粒酶活性检测及DNA倍体分析对贲门癌的诊断价值。方法 采用TRAP -PCR银染定性法 ,对 72例贲门黏膜脱落细胞进行端粒酶活性分析 ,同时进行流式DNA倍体分析。结果 贲门癌组织中端粒酶的阳性率 (88.89% )明显高于贲门良性疾病组织 (11.11% ) ;贲门癌黏膜脱落细胞DNA倍体的阳性率 (77.78% )明显高于贲门良性疾病组织 (11.11% ) ;端粒酶联合DNA倍体分析对贲门癌的诊断率为 95 .5 6%。结论 贲门黏膜脱落细胞DNA倍体分析联合端粒酶活性测定 。Objective To investigate the diagnostic significance of DNA ploid analysis and telomerase activity in the exfoliated cell of cardiac obtained from endoscopic brushing in the cardiac cancer.Methods The technique of the qualitative TRAP-siver staining was employed to detect telomerase activity in the exfoliated cells of cardiac obtained from endoscopic brushing in 72 cases with cardinal lesions.DNA analysis was made at the same time.Results Positive rate of telomerase activity was significantly higher in cardiac cancer tissue(88.89%) than in benign cardinal lesion(11.1l%).Positive rate of DNA ploid was significantly higher in cardiac cancer tissue(77.78%) than in benign cardinal lesion(11.11%).The diagnostic accuracy of cardiac cancer was 95.56% if telomerase activity and DNA analysis were examined at the same time.Conclusion The results show that the combination detection of DNA ploid and telomerase activity in the exfoliated cardiac cells may be an effective and sensitive method in the diagnosis of cardiac cancer.
