NP方案对含阿霉素方案治疗失败的晚期乳腺癌的疗效

摘　　要：目的　探讨去甲长春花碱联合顺铂 (NP方案 )对含阿霉素方案治疗失败的晚期乳腺癌的疗效和毒副作用。方法　按照既往对含阿霉素方案治疗的反应 ,将 3 6例晚期乳腺癌患者分为A、B、C组 3个组 ,采用NP方案化疗至少 2个周期。结果　总有效率 (CR +PR )为 44 .4% (16/3 6) ,其中CR为 5 .6% (2 /3 6) ;中位缓解期为 6个月 ,中位肿瘤进展时间 (TTP)为 5个月 ,中位生存期为 11个月。不良反应以骨髓抑制、胃肠道反应为主 ,无治疗相关死亡病例 ,耐受良好。结论　对曾应用含阿霉素方案治疗失败的晚期乳腺癌患者 ,NP方案的疗效较好 ,而且不良反应轻 。Objective To assess the antitumor effect and toxicity of the vinorelbine combined with cisplatin(NP)in patients with advanced breast cancer who had been previously treated with anthracycline-containing regimens.Methods 36 patients of the advanced breast cancer with previous exposure to anthracyclines were classified into groups,according to their response to anthracyclines.The NP regimen was carried out at least two cycles.Results The overall response rate(OR) was 44.4%(16/36),including CR 5.6%(2/36).The medium duration of response for all patients was 6 monthes and the medium time to progression(TTP) was 5 monthes.The medium overall survival was 11 monthes.The main toxicity was myelosuppression and troubles in gastrointestinal tract.There were no treatment related deaths and the treatment had good tolerability.Conclusion Vinorelbine and cisplatin has a good effect in advanced breast cancer patients treated previously with anthracyclines.The regimen is safe with a tolerable toxicities.
