摘 要:目的:了解黄疸对尿素酶偶联法测定血清尿素氮(BUN)的影响。方法:收集制备不同黄疸程度和BUN含量高低不一的黄疸血清120份。用尿素酶偶联法和电导速率法对同一标本同时分别测定两次,取均值,一一收录对应结果。结果:两种方法差异有显著性,P<0.05。酶偶联法测定结果比电导速率法低,回归分析y=1.03±0.23;但有很好的相关性,γ=0.9956。结论:黄疸干扰了酶偶联法对BUN的测定,使结果偏低。不论轻、中、重黄疸,受黄疸影响测定结果偏低的幅度都相当接近,约7%。不同程度的黄疸,对测定结果的影响都较均一,没有多大的差异;高浓度BUN有随着BUN含量的增加,测定结果偏低趋势有明显加大的倾向。Objective: To understand the influence of icterus on urease coupling method for determining the serum urea nitrogen(BUN) .Methods: 120 samples with different degree icterus and different concent BUN were collected.The same specimen was determined twice by urease coupling method and conductometry at the same time respectively, with a mean value.The corresponding results were recorded. Results: There was a significant difference between the two methods(P<0. 05) .The result was lower by urease coupling method compared with conductometry. Regressive analysis was y = 1.03 ± 0.23, However, there was a good interrelationship between them(γ = 0. 9956) .The result was lower by hexokinase(HK) method compared with oxygen - electrode method. Conclusion:Icterus interferes the urease coupling method on determination of BUN, and makes the result a little to the low side. No matter what the degree of the icterus, the range of the deviation is very close, which is about 7%. without big difference. The result of determination of BUN with high concentration has an obvious increasing tendency along with the increase of the BUN content.
