摘 要:目的 评价红霉素环 11,12 -碳酸酯的体内抗菌活性。方法 采用小鼠腹腔感染模型 ,观察红霉素环 11,12 -碳酸酯口服对临床分离的金葡菌、化脓链球菌、肺炎链球菌感染小鼠的体内疗效 ,并与罗红霉素、红霉素进行比较。结果 红霉素环 11,12 -碳酸酯口服对金葡菌 15、金葡菌 91- 2 9、化脓链球菌 94 - 3、化脓链球菌 5 5 6、肺炎链球菌 9- 9、肺炎链球菌 9- 5感染小鼠的 ED50 值分别为 38.84、37.0 8、 8.6 2、9.15、12 .76、31.4 2 mg/ kg,抗菌活性比红霉素强 2~ 8倍 ,与罗红霉素相近。结论 红霉素环 11,12 -碳酸酯对金葡菌、化脓链球菌和肺炎链球菌感染小鼠均有较强的保护作用 ,抗菌活性明显优于红霉素 ,与罗红霉素相近。Objective To investigate the in vivoantibacterial activity of erythromycin cyclic 11,12-carbonate. Methods The in vivoantibacterial activity of erythromycin cyclic 11,12-carbonate was determined and compared with those of roxithromycin and erythromycin in mice with experimental systemic infection caused by S.aureus, S.pyogenesand S.pneumoniae. Results The ED 50S of erythromycin cyclic 11,12-carbonate in mice infected by S.aureus 15, S.aureus 91-29, S.pyogenes 94-3, S.pyogenes 556, S.pneumoniae9-9 and S.pneumoniae9-5 were 38.84, 37.08, 8.62, 9.15, 12.76, 31.42mg/kg, respectively. The in vivoactivity of erythromycin cyclic 11,12-carbonate was two to eitht times more potent than that of erythromycin, but similar to that of roxithromycin. Conclusion Erythromycin cyclic 11,12-carbonate had good therapeutic efficacy in mice infected with S.aureus, S.pyogenesand S.pneumoniae. The in vivoactivity of erythromycin cyclic 11,12-carbonate was superior to that of erythromycin, similar to that of roxithromycin.
