图型刺激条件对视神经萎缩和视神经炎时视觉诱发电位潜时的影响

摘　　要：目的 :探讨不同图型刺激条件对视神经萎缩和视神经炎时视觉诱发电位 (VEP)潜时异常的影响。方法 :3 1例 5 3眼视神经萎缩和 14例 2 1眼视神经炎患者接受了 3 6%和 97%两种黑白方格对比度的给撤图型刺激视觉诱发电位(P -VEP)检查。刺激方格 3°12′。结果 :视神经萎缩和视神经炎时两种P -VEP的P10 0波潜时均值均显著延长 (P <0 0 5 ) ;潜时异常阳性率分别为 75 %和 88%左右。但两种疾病时 ,两种P -VEP之间的P10 0波潜时均值差异和潜时异常阳性率区别均无显著差异 (P >0 0 5 )。结论 :结果说明 :在大刺激方格 (3°12′)条件下 ,在对比度高于 3 6%以后 ,对比度因素对两种疾病的P -VEP潜时的影响均没有区别。Objective:To evaluate the effects of the contrast of pattern checks on P-VEP latencies in optic atrophy(OA)and optic neuritis(ON). Methods:45 patients(74 eyes)were involved in this study,in which there were 53 eyes of 31 cases of OA and 21 eyes of 14 cases of ON.The pattern onset-offset stimulus with 3°12′checksize,36% and 97% contrasts were used. Results:The mean P100 latencies of OA and ON were significantely delayed (P<0.01).The percentages of abnormal P100 latency in OA and ON were around 75% and 88%,respectively.The differencies in mean latency and the percentage of abnormal latency between 36% and 97% contrasts of the pattern stimulus were not significant(P>0.05). Conclusions:The outcomes suggest that with large checksize(3°12′),once the contrast of checks is over 36%,the P-VEP latency would not affected by the item of contrast.
