竞争荧光包合法研究维生素B_6与β-环糊精及其衍生物的包合性能

摘　　要：以中性红 (NR)作为荧光探针 ,采用竞争包合法首次研究了 β 环糊精 (β CD)、羟丙基 β 环糊精 (HP β CD)在 2 0℃ ,pH =7.6的Tris HCl缓冲溶液中 ,与维生素B6(VB6)的包合性能 ,间接测定了包合物的包合常数。结果表明 :多种弱相互作用力协同作用于环糊精的配位过程 ,对VB6包合能力的大小为 β CD >HP β CD。The competitive fluorescence method was applied to study the inclusion interaction in the Tris-HCl aqueous buffer solution (pH = 7.6,C = 0.25mol/L) at 20℃ and indirectly determine the inclusion constants of β-cyclodextrin(β-CD), hydroxypropyl-β-cyclodextrin (HP-β-CD) with vitamin B 6 using neutral red (NR) as a spectral probe. The results show that several weak interactions cooperatively contribute to the inclusion complexation of the β-cyclodextrin hosts, for vitamin B 6, the molecular inclusion ability is β-CD > HP-β-CD.
