摘　　要：本文对34例左、右半球病变者进行结构性运用测查,结果发现:(1)左、右半球病变均可引起结构性运用障碍,右半球尤其顶枕部病变时更严重;(2)皮质下病变也出现结构运用障碍,其程度比皮质病变者轻些;(3)右半球病变时结构性运用障碍主要与半侧空间疏忽有关;(4)左半球病变时结构性运用障碍与认知功能和手运用障碍等因素有关。Constructive praxis in 34 patients with cerebral lesions were examined together with results showed that lesion either in the right or in the left cerebral hemisphere, also either in the cortical or in the subcortical area may lead to constructional disability, which was most severe with a lesion in the right side particularly in the parieto-occipital area. The constructional disability of the lesion in the right cerebral hemisphere was attributed to unilateral spatial neglect, while in the left attributed to cognitional disturbance and hand apraxia.
