血清TGF-α过表达与胃癌发生的关系研究

摘　　要：目的　研究转化生长因子 - α( TGF- α)表达在胃癌发生中的作用。方法　采用放射免疫法( RIA) ,对 1 8例胃癌患者、2 6例肠上皮化生患者及 9例不典型增生患者的血清 TGF- α含量进行检测。结果　血清 TGF- α含量在肠上皮化生患者、不典型增生患者及胃癌患者中均显著高于正常对照组 ( P <0 .0 1 )。结论　 TGF-α的过表达可能与胃癌的发生密切相关。Objective To evaluate the effects of Transforming growth factor-alpha(TGF-α)in gastrocarcinogenesis.Meth- ods RIA was used to detect the level of serum TGF-α in 18 human gastric cancer,26 patients with intestinal metaplasia and 9 patients with dysplasia.Results It presents with progressive tendency for the expression of TGF-α in normal,patients with precareinomatous tissues and gastric carcinoma patients ( P <0.01).Conclusions The over-expression of TGF-α may play an important role in gastrocarcinogenesis.
