摘　　要：本文针对目前高校图书馆报纸开发利用存在的问题 ,从建立报纸机读目录、加强网络和电子报纸管理等方面 。By far,There are some problems on how to develop and take full advantage of newspaper further in the library of higher school.In this paper, they are disucussed such as founding MARC of newspapers,improving the administration of network and E-newspaper.On the basis of these,the using efficiency of information resources of newspaper can be improved.Meanwhile,it will play it's role completely.
