摘  要:采用正态型模糊变量的CO2焊STT七段控制法的模糊控制,通过二维模糊控制器的输出端电压偏差及其变化率控制脉宽调制(PWM)、抑制飞溅。该控制系统采用闭环结构,焊接电流、电弧电压为反馈量。逆变主电路采用IGBT电子器件。80C196KC存放模糊控制规则表。比较电压偏差及其变化率,查询模糊控制表,调节逆变脉宽,可实现电压及电流的理想控制。其仿真结果表明该模糊控制效果极好。STT (Surface Tension Transform) wave control method with positive state fuzzy variable is adopted in fuzzy control for wave of carbon dioxide protective welding. Controlling pulse-width modulation and restraining splash of welding spark is realized with controlling voltage deviation and its variable ratio of output-end of 2-D fuzzy controller. Closed loop structure is adopted in this control system, the current and voltage of welding is used as feedback quantity. IGBT electronic apparatus is applied in main convert circuit. The fuzzy control sheet is saved in 80C196KC. According as compare of voltage deviation and its variable ratio, optimal control of voltage and current is realized with querying fuzzy control sheet and adjusting adverse variable pulse width. The simulation result shows the effect of fuzzy control is very well.
