摘  要:本研究测定了16例小儿急性白血病急性期和12例缓解期患儿血清中及骨髓内超氧化物歧化酶(Superoxide Dismutase,SOD)总活力及锰超氧化物歧化酶(Mn-SOD)活力。结果表明:急性白血病急性期血清内及骨髓中Mn-SOD活力明显低于非白血病对照组(P<0.01);缓解期Mn-SOD活力亦低于对照组(P<0.05)。急性白血病急性期血清内SOD总活力低于对照组(P<0.01);缓解期较对照组无明显改变(P<0.05)。骨髓内SOD总活力在急性期和缓解期均低于对照组(P<0.05)。因此,本研究表明小儿急性白血病血清及骨髓中的SOD总活力有改变,尤其是Mn-SOD活力的改变与肿瘤的形成有关。对小儿急性白血病有辅助诊断意义,在治疗上有一定的应用价值。Superoxide dismutase (SOD), Mn-SOD in serum and bone morrow weremeasured in 16 children with acute stage of acute leukemia (AL) and 12 children with com-Pelete remission of AL (CR-AL). The results of Mn-SOD showed a significant reduction inserum and bone morrow in acute stage of AL (P<0.01). And that in CR-AL was lowerthan the control (P<0.05). The resultS of SOD showed reduction in serum of acute stagecompared with the control (P<0.05). And there is not significant change in CR-AL (P<0.05). But SOD in bone morrow was lower than the control in acute stage and compeleteremission of AL (P<0.05). This different resnlts showed that there were relations betweenthe changes of SOD and Mn-SOD in serum and bone morrow with forming of cancer. Andthat there were valuer in diagnosis and treatment of childhood acute leukemia.
