摘　　要：The activity on O-2 of ligands from ovanillin and amino acid and their complexes were studied in this paper.Results showed that ligands and their complexes may inhibit the formation of O-2.Zn(Ⅱ)complexes display remarkable activity of inhibiting the formation of O-2.The activity on O-2 of ligands from ovanillin and amino acid and their complexes were studied in this paper.Results showed that ligands and their complexes may inhibit the formation of O-2.Zn(Ⅱ)complexes display remarkable activity of inhibiting the formation of O-2.
