天门冬氨酸对大鼠下丘脑NOS和GGT活性的影响

摘　　要：目的　观察脑室注射L 天门冬氨酸 (L Asp)对雄性大鼠下丘脑一氧化氮合酶 (NOS)和γ 谷氨酰转移酶(GGT)活性的影响。方法　取大鼠下丘脑基底部组织 ,匀浆取上清后检测NOS和GGT的活性。结果　脑室注射L Asp(每只 0 .3μg 2 0 μl)后 ,NOS和GGT活性与生理盐水组相比明显增高 (P <0 .0 5 )。 结论　脑室注射L Asp可使雄性大鼠下丘脑GGT和NOS活性均增加 ,说明L Asp对GnRH神经元活动可能有一定的调节作用 。Objective To study the effect of intracerebroventricular injection of L Asp on GGT(γ glutamyltransferase)and NOS activities of male rat hypothalamus.Methods The mediobasal hypothalamus(MBH) tissues were extracted,homogenized and centrifuged.GGT and NOS activities were measured.Results After intracerebroventricular injection of L Asp,It was showed that the NOS activity was significantly higher than that of saline control group( P <0.05).The mean GGT activity was also higher than that of saline control group ( P <0.05).Conclusion Our results indicate that L Asp can promote the activities of NOS and GGT.It is suggested that L aspartate maybe regulate GnRH secretion by increasing the activities of NOS and GGT.
