综合性措施治疗自闭症儿童的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的 :分析采用综合性措施干预自闭症儿童的疗效。方法 :对接受综合性干预 (物理治疗、认知训练、行为分析及矫正等 ,结合特殊教育 )的自闭症儿童 2 1例 ,采用儿童孤独症及相关发育障碍心理教育评定量表 (C PEP) ,由专人进行干预前后测评。结果 :干预后自闭症儿童的各项学习能力及发育商均有非常显著的提高 (P <0 .0 0 1) ;临床症状得到明显改善 (P <0 .0 0 1)。结论 :采用综合性干预措施可以促进自闭症儿童各项学习能力的同步发展 ,改善其学习能力的不均衡性 ,提高、减轻或消除其病理学行为表现。Objective: To analyze the therapeutic effectiveness of the integrated intervention to autistic children. Methods: Twenty-one autistic children receiving treatments including physical rehabilitation training, cognitive training, behavioral analysis and correction in combination with special education were assessed by C-PEP evaluation chart before and after intervention. Results:After the intervention, the learning ability and developing IQ of all these children all have been greatly improved (P<0.001) and the clinical manifestations were alleviated (P< 0.001). Conclusion: Integrated intervention can improve the learning abilities of the autistic children synchronously, increase the psychological development, alleviate the clinical manifestations and decrease the degree of mental retardation. The pathologic behavior has been decreased or dissolved.
