颌面及颈根部软组织囊性肿块的超声诊断

摘　　要：目的　探讨颌面及颈根部软组织囊性肿块的超声诊断价值。方法　回顾性分析颌面及颈根部 11例经手术及活检证实的软组织囊性肿块的声像图特征。结果　 11例中甲状舌管囊肿 3例 ,鳃裂囊肿 4例 ,涎腺囊腺瘤 2例 ,皮样囊肿 2例。 10例由超声正确诊断 ,1例鳃裂囊肿超声误诊为鳃裂癌。Objective To probe into the diagnosis value of ultrasound for cystic mass of soft tissue in maxillofacial and cervical regions. Methods Teatures of the ultrasonic imagine were studied retrospectively in 11 cases of cystic mass of soft tissue in maxillofacial and cervical regions.The diagnosis of the mass was confirmed by operation and biopsy. Results In the 11 cases there were 3 of thyroglossal cyst,4 of branchial cyst, 2 of cystic adenoma of the salivary gland and 2 of dermoid cyst. Ten of the 11 cases were correctly diagnosed by ultrasound. Only one case of branchial cyst was misdiagnosed as branchial cancer by ultrasound. Conclusion In most cases the cystic masses of soft tissue in maxillofacial and cervical regions can be correctly diagnosed by ultrasound.
