胃溃疡癌与癌溃疡关系的病理探讨

摘　　要：对诊断为胃溃疡癌变的63例进行回顾性病理分析,着重讨论溃疡癌与癌溃疡的鉴别诊断。笔者认为可以把溃疡癌看作一独立类型,推测溃疡癌预后较普通胃癌好,提出对具有长期慢性溃疡病史且近期症状加重者,应采取胃镜下多块组织活检。The purpose of this essay was to put pathological insight into defferential diagnosis between ulcercancer and cancerous ulcer via retrospective analysis of 63 previously (1976～1986) diagnosed ulcer —cancer cases. Authors recognized that ulcer—cancer might be considered to be an independent type and indicated that the biological behavior of ulcer-cancer might be better than that of common gastric cancer. Multiple tissue biopsy under gastric endoscope was strongly suggested in patient with long history of chronic gastric ulcer and recent acceleration of symptoms and signs in order to make early diagnosis of ulcer-cancer.
