脑卒中患者血浆ET及CGRP含量变化的临床分析

摘　　要：目的　探讨脑卒中患者血浆内皮素 (ET)和降钙素基因相关肽 (CGRP)含量与疾病治疗前后的意义。方法　采用放射免疫分析技术 (RIA) ,分别对 5 1例脑梗塞患者和 6 0例脑出血患者急性期与恢复期的血浆 ,作ET和CGRP水平分析。结果　脑卒中患者血浆ET含量 ,在急性期与恢复期均明显高于对照组 (P <0 .0 1) ,治疗后有所下降 ,血浆CGRP含量在疾病的急性期明显高于对照组 (P <0 .0 1) ,在恢复期逐渐恢复正常。结论　在脑卒中的急性期 ,血浆ET及CGRP均升高 ,治疗后逐渐下降 ,与脑损伤程度相关 ,提示神经肽在疾病的演变过程中起重要作用。Objective To detect the content of plasma endothelin (ET) and calcitonin gene related peptide (CGRP) in patients with cerebrovascular accident and study the changes of ET and CGRP before treatment and posttreatment. Methods Analyze the content of plasma ET and CGRP of acute and recovering time in 51 patients with ischemic stroke and 60 patients with hematencephalon using radioimmunoassay(RIA).Results The content of plasma ET in patients with cerebrovascular is markedly higher than contrast group ( P <0.01) and decreased a little after treatment. The plasma CGRP of acute time is obvionsly higher than contrast group ( P <0.01), and became normal in recoving time. Conclusion The content of plasma ET and CGRP both rose at the acute time of cerebrovascular accident and decreased after treatment step and step.The content of plasma ET and CGRP were related to the extent of the injury of brain and indicates they play important roles during the course of changes of disease.
