摘  要:目的:探讨扶正抗癌方(简称FAP)对大鼠移植性肝癌增殖细胞核抗原(Proliferating Cell Nuclear Antigen简称PCNA)、核仁形成区嗜银蛋白(Argyrophil Nucleolus Organizer Regions简称AgNORs)表达的影响,研究其可能的抗肿瘤作用机制。方法:40只移植性肝癌模型大鼠随机分为生理盐水组(NS)及FAP组,每组20只,分别灌胃10天,测肿瘤组织PCNA表达及AgNORs计数水平。结果:NS组PCNA阳性表达为(31.42±16.18)%;AgNORs为2.69±0.54;而FAP组PCNA阳性表达为(19.18±10.32)%;AgNORs为1.98±0.67;两者相比,P<0.05。结论:FAP能降低荷瘤鼠瘤组织PCNA、AgNORs的表达,其抗肿瘤作用可能通过细胞周期的某一环节或通过阻止核糖体核酸基因(简称rDNA)的表达而得以发挥。Objective: To explore the influence of PCNA expression and AgNORs in rats with implanted hepatoma treated with FAP. Methods: Forty rats with implanted hepatoma were divided into group FAP and group NS. Each group had 20 rats. After 10 days treatment, the PCNA expression and AgNORs in the tissues of implanted hepatoma were detected. Results: The expression of PCNA in the two groups were (31.42±16.18)% and (19.18±10.32)% (P<0.05), and the count of AgNORs were 2.69±0.54 and 1.98±0.67, respectively (P < 0.05). Conclusion: FAP could decrease the PCNA expression and the count of AgNORs in the tissues of implanted hepatoma. The effects of anti-carcinoma of FAP may be acted on a certain access of cell generation cycle or prevent the transcription of rDNA gene.
