摘　　要：目的:进一步了解急性白血病 ( AL)形态、细胞化学、免疫分型及髓过氧化物酶基因 ( MPO m RNA)表达。方法:采用细胞形态学、细胞化学染色、间接免疫荧光法和链亲和素 -胶体金原位杂交法对 137例 AL 患者进行分型。结果 :4 1例急性淋巴细胞性白血病 ( AL L)中有 5例表达髓系抗原 ,7例 MPO m RNA表达为阳性 ;91例急性髓系白血病 ( AML)中有 8例表达淋系抗原 ,所有髓系均不同程度的表达 MPO基因。 5例为 FAB不能分类的 AL( U AL) ,其中 1例表达淋系抗原 ,2例表达髓系抗原 ,3/ 5例 MPOm RNA为阳性。 结论 :联合分析 AL 形态学、细胞化学、免疫学及 MPO m RNA表达等特点 ,对于 AL 的诊断和指导治疗均有重要意义。此分型弥补了Objective: To further understand the characteristics of acute leukemia (AL) on morphology, cytochemistry, immunophenotype and MPO mRNA expressions. Methods: 137 cases with AL were analyzed by morphology, cytochemistry stain, indirect immunofluorescence method and in situ hybridization with streptavidin gold (ISH SAG). Results: The expression of myeloid antigens in 41 cases of ALL was observed in our institution. 5 cases carried myeloid antigens and 7 cases were positive for MPO gene. The expression of lymphoid antigens in 91 cases of AML was observed, 8 cases carried lymphoid antigens and all myeloid cell lines had different grade of expression for MPO gene. 5 cases belonged to FAB unclassified acute leukemia (UAL), 1 case expressed lymphoid antigens, and 2 cases expressed myeloid antigens. 3/5 cases were positive for MPO gene. Conclusion: Combinative analyzing the characteristics of AL on morphology, cytochemistry,immunology and MPO mRNA expressions is significant to the diagnosis and therapy of AL.
