摘　　要：目的 :探讨非霍奇金淋巴瘤 ( NHL)患者各期骨髓免疫表型特点。 方法:用间接免疫荧光法对 32例已确诊的各期 NHL进行免疫表型分析。结果 :32例 NHL中骨髓象正常者 2 8例 ,其中 CD71 +16例 ( 5 7% ) ,而 3例淋巴肉瘤白血病及 1例表现为慢淋血象和骨髓象者 CD71 +均阴性。临床分期为 期、 期者均无 B淋系抗原表达 , 期 1例 B淋系抗原阳性 ,而 期中 6例表达 B淋系抗原阳性。骨髓免疫表型 T淋系抗原表达者中伴有髓系抗原阳性者 ( 7/ 11)明显多于 B淋系抗原表达者 ( 1/ 7) ,以 CD1 4+CD1 5+为主。结论 :1CD71 与 NHL 有一定相关性 ,NHL 发生骨髓浸润时该抗原可能消失。 2骨髓中Objective: To study the bone marrow immunophenotype of NHL in different stages. Methods: The immunophenotype of 32 NHL in different stages were detected by indirect immunoflurouscence assay. Results: 16 of 28 cases expressed CD 71 \++, who have normal bone marrow morphology among 32 NHL, but 3 cases of lymphosarcoma cell leukemias and one case within chronic lymphocytic leukemic morphology of bone marrow and peripheral blood expressed CD 71 \+-. B lineage antigens were negative in the cases of Ⅰ、Ⅱclinical stage while expressed by one case in Ⅲ stage and 6 cases in Ⅳ stage. The incidence of coexpress myeloid antigens were significantly higher in T lineage antigen positive cases (7/11) than the B lineage antigen positive cases (1/7). Conclusion: ① CD 71 is relative to NHL, that antigen may vanish when NHL bone marrow infiltration occurred. ② The appearance of B lineage markers in bone marrow may indicate that the disease belongs to late stage.
