摘  要:对固始鸡快、慢羽纯系进行研究 ,结果表明 :羽速基因对固始鸡受精率无显著影响 ,对入孵蛋孵化率有显著影响 (P <0 0 5 ) ,快羽系入孵蛋孵化率高于慢羽系 4 6 6 %;固始鸡快羽系的开产日龄较慢羽系迟 2 4 4d ,开产蛋重慢羽系较快羽系重 0 2 9g ,开产体重快羽系较慢羽系重8 7g ,但均未达到显著性差异 ;羽速基因对固始鸡 4 0周龄蛋重有极显著影响 (P <0 0 1) ,慢羽系 4 0周龄蛋重极显著地高于快羽系 ,对 4 0周龄蛋量和 4 0周龄体重无显著影响 ;羽速基因对固始鸡各阶段的死亡率无显著影响。The pure lines of fast and slow feathering of Gushi Chicken were studied, the results showed: Feathering growth gene didn’t have significant affect on the fertilization ratio. But it had a signification affect on the hatching ratio (p<0.05). The hatching ratio of FF was 4.66% higher than SF chickens. The age of the fist laying was 2.44 days later in FF than in SF. The egg weight of the fist laying was 0.29 g heavier in SF line than that of the FF line. The body weight of FF was 8.7 g more than that of SF line at the age of first laying, but with null significant difference. The egg weight of SF line was significant heavier than that of the FF line at 40 week-old (P<0.01). The egg production of SF was 1.73 more than that of the FF line at 40 week-old and the body weight of SF was 25.31 g more than that of the FF line. The difference existed but without significance. The motility of Gushi Chicken was not affected by the feathering growth gene.
