摘 要: 在单因素考察的基础上进行正交试验设计,筛选出制备阿维菌素微胶囊的最佳制备条件;考察了微胶囊在不同温度下和稳定性;并研究了微胶囊的包封率。结果制得的微胶囊形态圆整,粒径在10~15μm的微胶囊占95%以上,平均粒径为:25±4.35μm;包封率为98%以上;室内药效试验证明阿维菌素微胶囊制剂比乳液制剂有较长的害虫防止效果。The best condition for the preparation of abamectin microcapsule was chosen under the basis of experimental design. The stability in different temperature and envelopment ratio of abamectin were also studied. The prepared capsules were round, with 95% in the diameter of 10~50?μm. The average diameter was 25±4.35?μm, and the envelopment ratio was more than 98%. Indoor pharmic experiment showed that microcapsule was better than latex.
