摘　　要：通过对舰载高频超视距雷达信号体制的分析 ,实现了目标距离和速度信息的提取 ;针对舰载超视距雷达的特点 ,重点对海杂波的展宽机理进行了分析 ,提出了相应的仿真方法 ,并与实际采集的海杂波信号进行对比分析 ,以验证仿真的有效性。Extraction of target's information, including its range and speed, is realized by analyzing the signal form used in shipborne HF over-the-horizon radar. Focusing on the shipborne over-the-horizon radar, this paper mainly analyzes the broadening mechanism of sea clutter's spectrum, and puts forward a method for simulating the sea clutter, then compares the simulated spectrum with the spectrum of real sea clutter to verify the efficiency of the method.
