摘 要:对企业竞争对手进行研完,是制定企业发展战略、应对市场竞争的第一步。对竞争对手的识别,可采用竞争圈的概念,划分其竞争对手在竞争活动中所处的位置,从而确定本企业的竞争态势。同时,利用对竞争对手的识别标识,可以对竞争对手与本企业的竞争激烈程度做出推论。To research the competitive rivals of the enterprise is the first step for strategy making of enterprise's development and dealing with the competition of market to recognize the compatitive rivals. We can use the concept compatitive cycle and to map the competitive rivals' position in the compatitive activities, then figure out the enterrprise' s position in the competition. Meanwhile, we could deduce the competitive degree between the competitive rivals and the enterprise by making good use of sign of recognition of competitive rivals.
