肺癌组织及淋巴结转移灶中P-糖蛋白的表达

摘　　要：目的 :探讨P 糖蛋白 (P gp)在非癌肺组织、肺癌原发灶及肺癌淋巴结转移灶中的表达及相互关系。方法 :用免疫组织化学方法检测 4 0例术前未进行化疗的肺癌原发灶、肺癌淋巴结转移灶及 10例非癌肺组织P 糖蛋白的表达。结果 :4 0例肺癌原发灶P 糖蛋白阳性表达 2 3例 ,其淋巴结转移灶P 糖蛋白阳性表达 18例 ,阴性表达 5例 ;肺癌原发灶P 糖蛋白阴性表达 17例 ,其淋巴结转移灶均无阳性表达。 10例正常肺组织P 糖蛋白的表达均阴性。肺癌原发灶P 糖蛋白的表达与淋巴结转移灶P 糖蛋白表达有关 (P <0 0 1) ,与肺癌组织学分型无关(P >0 0 5 )。结论 :肺癌原发灶与肺癌淋巴结转移灶中P 糖蛋白的表达有关。非癌肺组织中P 糖蛋白的表达阴性。Objective:To study the expression of P glycoprotein (P gp) in human non cancerous lung tissue and the correlation between the expression of P glycoprotein in the primary lesion and in the metastatic lymph node of patients with lung cancer. Methods: 40 patients with regional lymph node metastasized lung cancer of previously untreated and 10 non cancerous lung tissues were studied for the expression of P glycoprotein by means of immunohistochemistry. Results: In 40 patients with lung cancer, 23 patients had positive expression in primary lesion, among these 23 patients, 18 patients showed positive expression in metastatic lymph node and the other 5 patients show negative expression of P glycoprotein (P gp) in primary lesion, among the other 17 patients who showed negative expression of P glycoprotein in primary lesion, no one showed positive expression in metastatic lymph node. In 10 patients with normal lung tissue showed negative expression of P glycoprotein.There was a correlation between the expression of P glycoprotein in the primary lesion and in the metastatic lymph node of patients with lung cancer, but no difference between the expression of P glycoprotein and histologic subtypes with lung cancer. Conclusion: In the patients with lung cancer, the expression of P glycoprotein in the metastatic lymph node correlated with the expression in the primary lesion. The expression of P glycoprotein(P gp) in human non cancerous lung tissue showed negative.
