摘  要:讨论毛用和棉用活性染料对大豆纤维染色的适用性,以及染色温度和纯碱用量对棉用活性染料染色的影响;分析活性染料对大豆纤维的固着机理。研究结果表明,中高直接性、活性基反应性强(如乙烯砜、一氟均三嗪)的活性染料更适合大豆纤维染色,其不仅可与大豆蛋白组分反应,也可与聚乙烯醇组分反应。大豆蛋白和聚乙烯醇组分同时染色,对保证纤维表面的颜色均一性是十分重要的。Reactive dyes for the coloration of wool and cotton fabrics were applied to dye soybean fibers consisting of soybean protein and polyvinyl alcohol.Their applicability and the effect of dyeing temperature and dosage of sodium carbonate on color strength and fixation yield were discussed.The mechanism of the fixation of reactive dyes to soybean fibers was analyzed.Testing results showed that the reactive dyes of medium and high substantivity and with vinylsulphone or monofluorotriazine groups were particularly suitable for soybean fibers.Reactive dyes can react not only with soybean protein component but also with polyvinyl alcohol component.It is very important for achieving uniform color effect of fiber surface as both of soybean protein and polyvinyl alcohol are dyed.
