摘  要: 在珠钢生产现场进行实验,研究了不同冷却方式和工艺参数对低碳钢成品板组织和力学性能的影响。研究表明:采用连续冷却比采用间隔冷却得到更细的组织和更高的强度;通过降低终轧温度和卷取温度,细化铁素体晶粒尺寸,提高了成品的强度;在现有的工艺条件下,贝氏体强化不是主要的强化机制。An experiment was carried out on the runout table with laminar flow cooling system of CSP at Zhujiang Steel CoThe effects of parameters on the final microstructure and mechanical properties of a low carbon steel were studied The steel strip produced through continuous cooling method possesses finer microstructure and higher strength It was found that decreasing finish rolling temperature or coiling temperature leads to higher strength of the steel strip This strengthening increment is contributed mainly by the ferrite grain refinement rather than bainite microstructure as only few bainite are observed in the low carbon steel strips 
