摘  要:研究了改善MH/Ni电池高温性能的两种方法:一是在正极中加入活性物质添加剂,二是改变电解液成分。实验结果表明:在正极中加入ZnO、CaF2、Ba(OH)2,以及增加电解液中LiOH含量,MH/Ni电池在高温下的放电容量和放电平台都有显著提高。综合25~60℃下的结果,最佳添加剂用量为w(ZnO)=1%、w(CaF2)=3%、w[Ba(OH)2]=0 7%。Two methods which could improve high temperature performance of MH/Ni batteries were studied. One was adding special additive in the positive electrode,the oth er was increasing the quantity of LiOH in the electrolyte.The experimental resul ts showed that the high temperature performance of MH/Ni batteries ,such as d ischarge capacity and plateau voltage, had noticeable improvement by adding ZnO ,CaF2,Ba(OH)2 in the positive electrode and increasing the quantity of LiO H in the electrolyte. According to results from 25?℃ to 60?℃,the best adding quantity was w(ZnO)=1%,w(CaF2)=3%,w=0 7%.
