摘  要:板材激光弯曲成形是一种新型的无接触成形技术 ,目前对激光弯曲成形工艺的研究主要集中在试验和数值模拟方面。为获得板材的变形程度以及为数值模型提供验证 ,需要对激光弯曲成形过程板材的弯曲角度和温度分布进行测量。针对实验过程温度和弯曲角度变化的特点 ,在Windows环境下 ,结合研华的工业数据采集卡及其相应的传感器 ,运用多线程及嵌入式汇编技术 ,使用VisualC ++6 0开发了相应的数据采集系统软件。应用此系统对一种船用钢板的激光弯曲成形实验中的温度和弯曲角度变化进行了实时的数据采集 ,并获得了较好的采样数据。The laser bending is a promising technology of non-contact forming. The research on the laser bending is mainly focused on the experiment and numerical simulation of bending process. The bending angle and temperature during the laser bending play a very important role in study of laser bending including the experiment and the numerical simulation. In order to get the data of temperature and bending angle, a data acquisition system based on Windows is developed by using multithread and embedded assemble programming with Visual C++6.0. The standard cards developed by Advantech Company and the laser gauging sensor produced by Banner Company are adopted in the design of the hardware system. The bending angle and temperature of the laser bending of shipbuilding steel are measured by utilizing this system and the good result has been obtained.
