摘  要:试验结果表明,长度大于2.5cm的大芽比长度小于1.5cm的小芽生育期显著提前,使地上同化系统和地下吸收系统得以迅速建立,生长势和生理活性较强,从而产量明显提高.秋薯栽培期间,播前种薯催大、中、小芽的产量分别比不催芽的对照增加89.4%,77.4%和25.9%.秋播前种薯的芽长以2.5cm左右为好.Plants grown from sced tubers with long sprouts>2.5 cm in length had a more rapid initial growth compared with the short sprouts<1.5cm in length, so that made the above ground assimilation system and underground absorption system with vigourous growth and higher physiological activity cstablish rapidly. As a result, the yield was increased markedly. Yield of long, mcdium and short sprouts in comparison with non-sprouted seed tubers were increased by 89.4%, 77.4% and 25.9%, respectively. Thus, seed tubers with about 2.5cm sprouts in length are best for growing the autumn potato crop.
