摘　　要：文章从四个方面剖析了费恩伯格对现当代批判理论的代表人物的技术本质观的批判,阐述了费恩伯格在技术本质问题上的观点即他的"工具化理论",进而探究了费恩伯格思想的理论渊源和社会条件。This paper analyzes Andrew Feenberg's critiques to the conceptions of the essence of technology of contemporary representatives in critical theories of technology from four aspects, and illustrates Andrew Feenberg's positions on this issue, namely, his instrumentalization theory, then investigates the origins and social conditions that shape Andrew Feenberg's theories.
