摘 要:以泰山1号脱毒马铃薯作试材,对照该品种多年犬田栽培退化的带毒薯,对某些栽培生理特性进行研究的结果表明,脱毒薯植株叶片的光合强度比带毒薯植株高213.4%,光饱和点高66.7%,光合作用的暗反应速率快,而呼吸强度却低于24.8%;与光合作用有关的叶绿素a、b的含量分别比带毒薯植株高22.4%和30.5%。脱毒薯植株叶片自由水和束缚水含量高于带毒薯植株,水分代谢协调;叶片游离脯氨酸含量在干旱和高温条件下增加迅速。脱毒薯植株吸收氮、磷、钾的能力强;和带毒种薯相比,脱毒种薯体内GA_3、IAA的含量较高,ABA的含量相近。A comparative study on some physiological characters of virus-free(VF) potato plants and virus-carried (VC) ones from the same cultivar Taishan 1 showed that, as compared with the VC plants, the photosynthetic rate and light saturation point of the VF plants were higher by 213.4% and 66.7% respectively, with a faster dark reaction of photosynthesis, while the respiration rate was lower by 24.8%. Moreover, the contents of photosynthesis-related chlorophylls a and b of the VF plants were 22.4% and 30.5% more than those in the VC plants, respectively, and the contents of both free-and bound-water in leaves were also higher. In comparison with the VC plants, the VF plants has more multiples of free-proline increased in leaves under arid and high temperature conditions, stronger absorbing NPK, and contained more GA_3 and IAA in their tubers, but the level of ABA was similar.
