摘  要:目的 :研究事件相关电位 (ERP)与智商 (IQ)及注意缺陷多动障碍 (ADHD)之间的相互关系。 方法 :采用肌电图诱发电位仪记录靶刺激及非靶刺激结果 ,结合测试智商的方法。结果 :ADHD组事件相关电位靶刺激计数正确率显著低于对照组儿童 ;P2 ,P3潜伏期显著延长 ;N1P2 峰峰值显著低于对照组 ;两次记录P3波重复性显著低于对照组儿童 ;IQ(包括总智商 (FIQ)、言语智商 (VIQ)、操作智商 (PIQ) )均显著低于对照组儿童 ;相关分析结果显示P2 ,N2 ,P3潜伏期与FIQ ,PIQ呈显著负相关 ;N1P2 峰峰值与FIQ ,VIQ呈显著正相关。Logistic回归分析显示靶刺激计数正确率及FIQ为ADHD的显著保护因素 ,P3潜伏期与FIQ存在显著的交互作用。 结论 :ADHD患儿排除干扰的能力及认知功能显著受损。交互作用结果则显示IQ与P3潜伏期对ADHD的影响互为拮抗。提示ADHD患儿的额前区功能不成熟。Objective: To explore the relationship among intelligence quotient (IQ), event related potential (ERP) and attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD). Methods: Sixty ADHD cases were diagnosed with DSM IV behavior screening and the control group was age and sex matched. The ERP of the children was evoked by aural oddball paradigm and the IQ was determined with WISC R. Results: In ADHD group, correct rate in counting target stimulant of ERP was decreased, P 2 , N 2 , P 3 latency was prolonged, N 1 P 2 wave amplitude was reduced, P 3 wave coincidence rate was lesser and IQ score was lower. Correlation analysis showed that P 3 latency was negative correlated with full intelligence quotient(FIQ)and performative intelligence quotient(PIQ); N 1 P 2 wave amplitude was positive correlated with FIQ and vertal intelligence quotient(VIQ).Logistic regression analysis showed that correct rate of counting target stimulant and FIQ were significant safeguard factors of ADHD. There was significant interaction between P 3 latency and FIQ. Conclusion: ADHD children's ability of excluding disturbance and cognizance were impaired. IQ and P 3 latency were antagonized in ADHD. It was implicated that ADHD's prefrontal function was immature. \[
