摘  要:目的 探讨工频强磁场对动物行为及惊厥的影响。方法 选择健康家兔 35只 ,随机分为 3组 ,其中对照组和磁场组各 13只 ,惊厥组 9只。将家兔长期连续暴露在工频强磁场下 ,观察家兔行为以及惊厥发作频率的变化。结果 暴露 1周后 ,磁场组 13只家兔出现兴奋症状 ,活动增多 ,随着暴露时间延长以及场强加大 ,程度加重 ,烦躁不安 ,频繁啃咬竹笼 ,其中 4只多次咬断竹笼栅栏逃离磁场 ;在磁场下家兔局灶性惊厥发作频率减少 ,全身性惊厥发作频率无明显改变。结论 强磁场可引起家兔行为改变以及对家兔局灶性抽搐有一定的抗惊厥作用。Objective To investigate the effects of strong power frequency magnetic field (SPFMF) on rabbit behavior and convulsion.Methods 35 healthy rabbits were randomly divided into 3 groups, 13 in the control group, 13 in the magnetic field group and 9 in convulsion group. The changes of rabbit behavior and seizure frequencies under SPFMF were observed.Results After 1 week of exposure, 13 rabbits in the magnetic field group exhibited agitation and made more traverses than that of control group. With the increase of exposure time and the intensity, exposed rabbits became more dysphotia, 4 of them gnawed through the cage and escaped from the field many times. Convulsion seizure rate decreased for partial seizure and unchanged for generalized seizure under SPFMF.Conclusions The study shows that SPFMF could result in changes of rabbit behavior and could have the anticonvulsive effect for the partial seizure in rabbit.
