甲孕酮改善晚期肺癌患者生活质量的观察

摘　　要：目的 观察晚期肺癌患者服用甲孕酮后改善化疗所致的厌食、体重下降、血浆白蛋白浓度下降、生活质量下降作用。 方法51例晚期肺癌患者随机分成两组 ,甲孕酮 +化疗组及单化疗组。 结果 甲孕酮 +化疗组有61.5 %患者食欲增加 ;42.3%患者体重增加 ;26.9%化疗周期全身状况卡氏评分提高 ,与单化疗组比较均有显著差异 ,P<0.05。甲孕酮 +化疗组化疗后血浆蛋白浓度提高 (P<0.01) ,而单化疗组化疗后血浆蛋白浓度下降 (P<0.01)。结论Objective To observe the effect of veramix to ameliorate anorexia, weight falling, plasm albumin decliningand quality of life declining caused by chemotherapy in late cancer of lung patients. Methods 51 cases of late cancer of lung patients were randomly divided into 2 group: veramix+ chemotherapy group and chemotherapy group. Results As compared to those of chemotherapy group , in veramix+ chemotherapy group , 61.5%patients increased food appetite, 42.3% patients increased weight, 26.9% patients improved all body condition(P<0.05). Plasm albumin concentration was significant increased in patients of veramix+ chemotherapy group, but decreased in patients of chemotherapy group. Conclusion veramix could significantly ameliorate quality of life of late cancer of lung patients in chemotherapy.
