摘　　要：本文以我国高校和科研机构作为研究对象 ,在提出高校和科研机构科技竞争力的概念和评价指标体系的基础上 ,全面比较了全国高校、全国科研机构、教育部直属高校、七所重点高校以及中国科学院的科技竞争力 ,分析了各自的优、劣势 ,并简要指出了相应的发展策略。This study, based on the concept of the science and technology competitiveness of research institution and its evaluation index system, analyzes the science and technology competitiveness of five samples, i.e., universities in China, universities under the control of the MOE, seven important universities, the research institutions in China and the China Academy of Science.
