中药二妙丸中有效成分分析

摘　　要：用 GC/MS方法 ,对单味药材饮片和二妙丸的石油醚提取液进行比较 ,用内标法考察饮片制成水丸剂后化学成分的变化 ,结果表明 :由黄柏和苍术组成的二妙丸其化学成分并非黄柏、苍术化学成分的简单加合 ,单味药制成丸剂后 ,其石油醚提取液中有的成分消失 ,但有些成分含量却增加。Comparing of the chemical constituents in the petyoleum solution of Rhizoma Atractylodis and in the petyoleum solution of Corteex Phellodendri with the chemical constituents in the petyoleum solution of Er Miao Pills are obtained by GC/MS, The results show that the chemical constituents of pills made of Rhizoma Atractylodis and Corteex Phellodendri are not simply combined together with chemical constituents of Rhizoma Atractylodis and Corteex Phellodendri. The quantitative of some chemical constituents such as γ-Selinene and Compound No.8 are reduced, another chemical constituents such as β-Eudesmol , β-Elemol and Compound No.9 are reduced.
