摘  要:摆线转子泵因其结构紧凑、运转平稳、噪音低等优点而被越来越广泛地应用于各个领域。本文就各种摆线的基本概念作了介绍,并阐述了内、外转子齿廓的形成过程,分析了内转子齿廓为短幅外摆线圆内等距线,而不宜采用普通外摆线及长幅外摆线的原因。同时指出,并非任一短幅外摆线均适合作为内转子的理论齿廓曲线,而是使特征参数,即短幅系数K应处在一个合理的取值范围之内。The cycloid rotor pumps are applied to many fields more and more widely with the advantages of compact structure,stable running and low noise.In this paper,the fundamental conception of every kind of cycloids is introduced,the forming progress of the inner and outer rotor tooth profile is stated,and the reason why the inner rotor tooth profile should adopt the short amplitude outer cycloid inner equidistant line,while the common outer cycloid and the long amplitude outer cycloid are not suggested to use.At the same time,it is pointed out that not all the short amplitude outer cycloids are suitable for the theoretical tooth profile curve of the inner rotor,only the one that the characteristic parameter,that is,the short amplitude coefficient K within a proper range is suitable.
