以人的全面发展思想为指导 实现高校德育的时代创新

摘　　要：人的全面发展,既是马克思主义理论的重要内容,也是社会主义新社会的本质要求和共产主义的理想目标。高校德育与人的全面发展是相辅相成、相互促进的关系:一方面,实现人的全面发展规定着高校德育的目标、性质和方向;另一方面,高校德育是贯穿培养全面发展的人的各种教育的灵魂和核心。以江泽民关于人的全面发展思想为指导,致力于高校德育创新,提高当代大学生的思想道德品质,是培养德智体美全面发展的社会主义建设者和接班人的必然要求。The all-round development of man is the key content of Marxist theory as well as the essential request of the socialist society and the ideal of communism. The development of man and the moral education at college level are complementary to each other. On one hand, the realization of it stipulates the aim, nature and direction of moral education. On the other hand, it is the spirit and core of all kinds of education which run through the whole process of training talents with comprehensive development. Guided by Jiang Zeming' s thought on the overall development of man, it is an inevitable requirement for us to devote to the innovation of moral education in order to improve the contemporary college students' morality, to cultivate socialist constructors and successors who are well-developed in morality, intelligence, physique and art.
