摘 要:400m栏是一项以高能磷酸元和肌糖元无氧酵解供能为主的速度项目,要想经过短期训练提高其成绩,必须有周密的训练安排。本文主要通过对体育系学生参加福建省第十、第十一届大运会400m栏4个月短期训练的分析,对400m栏短期训练取得佳绩的要素进行经验性的归纳与总结,为400m栏短期训练提供参考与借鉴。metre hurdles is a speed event, in which energy is mainly supplied by the ferment and decomposement of phosphate and muscle glycogen, without oxygen involved. In order to get better results through short-term training, a well-conceived training arrangement is needed. Students from PE Institution have taken part in the four-month-short-term training of 400metre hurdles for the 10th and 11th Fujian university games. And this article mainly makes analysis of the training, keeps a summary of the successful experience, and provides a reference for the 400metre hurdles training hereafter.
