摘　　要：介绍了软件能力成熟度模型(CMM)体系的基础CMM2和软件过程改进,阐述了基于工作流的LotusDomino/Notes系统和CMM基本原理上的软件过程管理系统。介绍了其体系结构设计和功能设计,并提供了过程改进模型和部分功能的实现方法。This paper introduces CMM2 of the base of CMM (Capability Maturity Model) and the improvement of software process and it provides the software process management system based on CMM and lotus domino/notes. The paper also introduces the design of structure and design of function, gives a process improvement model and example of realization for some function.
