摘 要:目的 探讨细胞粘附分子γ -连环素 (γ -catenin ,γ -cat)在原发性胃癌、大肠癌和肝细胞癌中表达的意义。方法 用SP免疫组化方法检测 80例人消化系统癌组织和相应癌旁正常组织中γ -cat的表达并进行半定量分析。结果 所有癌旁正常组织均阳性表达γ -cat ,而癌组织不同程度的表达减弱或缺失 ,两者有显著性差异 (P <0 0 5 ) ,γ -cat随胃癌、大肠癌和肝癌的分化程度、淋巴结转移的不同而表现明显的差异 (P <0 0 5 )。结论 γ -cat的表达和胃癌、大肠癌、肝癌的分化程度和转移行为有关 ,γ -cat可能作为一种新的检测因子 ,有助于判断消化系统肿瘤的生长浸润情况 ,为肿瘤的早期干预提供新的手段。Objective To study the significance of γ-catenin expression in human gastric carcinomas, colorectal carcinomas and human hepatic carcinomas.Methods S-P immunohistochemical method was used to detect γ-catenin expression in 80 cases of human carcinomas of alimentary system and corresponding tumor-adjacent normal tissues by γ-catenin polyclonal antibody. The results were analyzed using densitometrically semiquantitated .Results γ-catenin were normally expressed in all tumor-adjacent normal tissues of digestive system. γ-catenin expression was reduced or negative in human carcinomas of alimentary system (P<0 05), and have apparent difference with various differentiation and metastasis of carcinomas of alimentary system(P<0 05).Conclusions Expression of γ-catenin is closely associated with differentiation and metastasis of human carcinomas of alimentary system, which suggests γ-catenin may be a new tumor marker.We can evaluate the differentiation and metastasis of human carcinomas of alimentary system by measuring γ-catenin.
