摘 要:在变流器相移SPWM技术基础上,提出了载波相移空间矢量调制(CPS-SVM)技术,并给出了具体的实现方法。这种技术能够在较低的器件开关频率下实现较高开关频率的效果,通过低次谐波的相互抵消提高等效开关频率而不是简单地将谐波向高次推移,因而具有良好的谐波特性。与载波相移SPWM技术相比,CPS-SVM技术具有电压利用率高、开关频率低、易于数字实现等优点。: Based on the carrier phase-shifted SPWM(abbreviated as CPS-SPWM), CPS-SVM together with its realizing method is put forward. This technique improves the equivalent switching frequency through the counteraction of lower order harmonics but not simply through processing the harmonic from lower order to higher order, so that it is with a perfect performance on harmonic feature. Compared with CPS-SPWM, CPS-SVM is with higher linear operating range, lower device switching frequency and easier implementation by digital. Above results has been verified with simulation.
