健脾疏肝清肠方治疗肠易激综合征临床研究

摘　　要：目的 :运用健脾疏肝清肠方治疗腹泻型肠易激综合征 ,并观察其对血浆胃动素的调节。方法 :设健脾疏肝清肠方为治疗组 ,思密达为对照组 ,1月后观察临床症状疗效及对空腹血浆胃动素 (MOT)进行治疗学后比较。结果 :治疗组与对照组有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 0 5 ) ,且治疗组治疗后空腹血浆MOT显著下降 (P <0 .0 0 1 )。结论 :说明健脾疏肝清肠方疗效优于思密达 ,且能降低血浆MOT。This decoction was used to treat irritable bower syndrome with chief manifestation of diarrhea, and its regulating action on MOT. The treatment group was given this decoction, and the control group given Simida, followed by observation of the effect after one month of treatment as well as a comparison of MOT. Results: There is marked difference in between ( P <0.005), and MOT in the former group markedly dropped ( P <0.001). Conclusion: This decoction has a better effect than Simida, and can lower MOT.
