摘　　要：随着多媒体技术和网络通信技术的不断发展，基于内容的图像数据库检索技术正成为国内外研究的热点之一，是未来信息高速公路、商标信息库、数字化博物馆、CAD、CAI资源库等广泛应用领域的关键技术。基于内容检索的核心是媒体特征的提取技术。针对商标图像的特点，该文在基于特征提取与相似性距离度量方法的基础上，提出了复数矩特征提取方法与相应的检索算法。Accompanied with the development of the technology of multimedia and network communication,the retrieval based on the content is becoming one of the hot points that are wildly noticed and the key technology which settle down several problems in vast appling fields such as Internt, trademark information database,digital museum,CAD,CAI resource database and so on. According to the peculiarity of trademark image,based on characters extraction and the methods of similar distance measuring,the article puts forword complex moment's characters extraction method and its retrieval algorithm.
