摘 要:目的对经典的Ono术式进行改良,探讨影响移植成功的相关因素,以建立高度稳定、可重复性强的大鼠腹部异位心脏移植模型。方法改良术式采用供心头臂干和右肺动脉分别与受体的腹主动脉和下腔静脉行端侧吻合。结果改良术式与经典的Ono术式相比,能明显缩短下腔静脉及腹主动脉的阻断时间,缩短供心冷缺血时间,并减少术后吻合口的出血。结论分支吻合的改良术式较之经典Ono术式具有显著优点,可以推广应用。To establish a stable and repeatable heterotopic rat heart transplantation model, the classical Ono's procedure was modified and the factors which influence the success of transplantation were explored in this article. The modification is that the donors' brachiocephalic trunk and right pulmonary artery were anastomosed end to side with the recipients' abdominal aorta and inferior vena cava respectively. In contrast to the classical operation, the occlusion time of the inferior vena cava and abdominal aorta was significantly shortened, and the time of cold ischemia was also shortened in the improved technique. Furthermore, the amount of bleeding also decreased. The improved technique showed superior to the classical Ono's procedure and is recommended to be used more widely.
