青年人胃癌35例临床分析

摘　　要：目的 :总结青年人胃癌的临床特征 ,探讨提高外科治疗效果的方法。方法 :对我科 1996～ 2 0 0 1年间收治的 35岁以下的青年人胃癌 35例进行回顾性分析 ,总结临床病理学特征 ,以指导治疗。结果 :青年人胃癌根治性切除率低 (6 2 .9% ) ,淋巴结转移率高 (88.6 % ) ,病理组织分化差 ,以差分化腺癌最多见。青年人胃癌发病部位以胃窦最多 ,具有胃壁浸润深、组织生长方式弥漫、淋巴结转移率高、女性患者相对较多等特点。结论 :加强对青年人胃癌的认识 ,提高早期诊断率 ,减少晚期患者。主张以根治术为主的综合治疗。Objective:To summarize the clinical characteristics of gastric cancer in young patients and to explore the method of improving the curative effect by surgery.Methods:Thirty five cases of gastric cancer in patients under 35 years of age treated in our division between 1996 to 2001 were analyzed,and their clinical charactiristics were summerized.Results:The radical resection rate was low(62.9%),and the mastastatic rate of lymph node was high(88.6%).There was a poor differentiation in the young patients and the differentiation was mostly adenocarcinoma.The common disease position was in antrum.Biological characteristics included infiltrated and diffused growth,lymph node matastasis,and female predominance.Conclusions:Early detection of gastric cancer in young persons is important.Radical operation combined with complex treatment is suggested to improve the curative effect for gastric cancer in young patients.
