摘　　要：我校房屋建筑工程专业于 1997年开始进行教学改革 ,以“双纲”、“双轨”、“双师”为指导思想 ,在培养目标、教学计划、课程体系、实训基地、师资建设等方面进行了探讨和实践 。Teaching reform has been carried out on Housing Constructional Engineering Major in our college since 1997. We take 'two syllabi', 'two systems', 'the theoretical and practical teacher' as guiding ideology, and have much investigation and practice about the training object, teaching plan, curricula system, training base, and teachers building, etc. After many years of innovation, the teaching model of higher vocational education has formed.
