摘　　要：采用图像处理的方法对梳毛机的末道毛网的质量作在线检测。通过线阵CCD摄像头采集毛网的表面图像 ,以图像的灰度值为原始数据 ,计算出毛网质量各项指标的数值 。A new technique of on\|line quality testing of the end woolen webs on combing machines,based on image processing,is introduced.The CCD line\|scanning cameras are used to capture surface images of woolen webs.Based on the gray level of images,parameters denoting quality of the woolen webs are calculated.The technique is validated by comparing experimental facts in Evenness Testing Device.
